Hi, how I can send PM?

Click on someone's name (in my case, the snograt on the left), then select "send a private message to snograt".

For in-game, you click on the person's name when they come on the screen.

For here on Guru, you also click on the person's name and scroll down to 'Send a Private Message to ___'.
